il y a christopher doyle sur 2046 depuis le d�part. je pense que comme le tournage s'est �tal� dans le temps et dans l'espace, WKW a du faire appel � eux selon leur dispo

Ou en outsider, HArris Savides, le g�nial chef-op de Gerry de Gus Van Sant, et qui a sign� la photo de the Follow, le court m�trage de WKW pour BMW.
A noter que WKW et Van Sant aiment bien �changer leurs chef-ops. Ils ont d�j� partag� Savides, Doyle et Escoffier.

Doyle, ami de longue date, pr�sent pour les coups durs, malgr� les engueulades. Ou Lee Ping-bing, la valeur s�re auteur des plus belles images du monde.

Si tu as aim� "Les amants..." Alain, alors il faut que tu vois Mauvais Sang, qui est beaucoup plus r�ussi. Quant � Pola X, il y a quelques moments absoluments magnifique, tu aurais tort de le rater.

Quant � WKW, si de plus il a perdu son chef op', on est pas encore pr�t de le voir son 2046.

Pour 2046, le tournage est toujours pas boucl�, je te fais un copier-coller parce que j'ai la flemme de traduire

* (3/16/2003) According to Ming Pao Weekly's reliable sources, Takuya
Kimura (Muk Cheun Tok Joi) will head to Shanghai for 2046. Kimura has not
returned to the film because his scenes are focused in the 2046 "future",
all of which will be shot inside a Shanghai set. All of the characters
who will appear in the future, including Takuya Kimura's onscreen mate
Faye Wong, Carina Lau Ka Ling, Chang Chen and Tony Leung Chiu Wai will
head for Shanghai later.

Like past Wong Kar Wai films, 2046 has kept character image and
stories secret. Initially the only known fact about the film is it will
be a blend of romance and science fiction. The story takes place in 2046
(50 years after Hong Kong Hand Over). However according to Ming Pao
Weekly, 2046 is divided into three eras -- 1960s, 2000, and 2046. Leung
Chiu Wai will be the centerpiece of the entire film. He will bring out
the romance between the three eras and thus he is in all three eras;
reportedly Leung Chiu Wai will appear in the film as a 60s writer and have
scenes with guest star Maggie Cheung Man Yuk and Zhang Ziyi. Because the
time and characters are related to IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE (FA YEUNG NIN WA),
character designs will be similar. However, Cheung Man Yuk and Zhang Ziyi
will not appear in the 2046 era, during which the lead characters will
shift to Kimura and Faye Wong, Chang Chen and Lau Ka Ling. Faye Wong will
play a robot that has been programming with the formula of love. Besides
having purple hair and white face, she will also wear paper like clothing;
When will the born in the 20th century Leung Chiu Wai appear in the year
2046? Only the director Wong Kar Wai knows.

Wong Kar Wai has been a frequent guest at the Cannes Film
Festival, having been honored with HAPPY TOGETHER (CHUN GUONG JA SIT) and
IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE. Thus the cast and even the event organizers have
hoped that Wong Kar Wai's 2046 will make this year's festival. Because
the festival takes place in May, films on exhibit will have to be
completed by the end of January. The organizers have given Wong Kar Wai
an extension until early March, but Wong Kar Wai so far has only
completed the location shots in Hong Kong, Thailand and this week in
Macau. The Shanghai set future portion will not be completed until the
end of May. With the film's computer special effect post production, days
ago Wong Kar Wai has admitted that 2046 will not make this year's Cannes
Film Festival. He stressed that although that is regrettable, the most
important thing is to make this movie good.

Moi j'ai vu que les amants vu que la suite (Pola X) m'int�ressait pas et que j'ai rat� une r�trospective y'a 2-3 ans au cin�. Enfin, pour ce qui est d'�tre n� trop tard, je trouves �a quelque peu contradictoire parce que dans le cas des amants, c'est justement du cin� fran�ais comme j'aimerais en voir plus souvent, avec beaucoup d'�nergie � revendre et bien plus populaire(dans le sens proche du public de base) que la g�n�ration suivante de cin�astes qui fait justement du "cin� de vieux".

Je pr�tendais pas � l'exhaustivit� dans les films cit�s. Tout le monde connait imdb.com
J'ai pas vu Les Amants du Pont neuf, mais je crois que je suis n� trop tard pour �tre en phase avec les films de Carax. L'impression qu'ils ne s'adressent pas � moi, mais qu'ils ont pu bouleverser ceux qui �taient synchrones avec eux.
